When did you become employed by Great Lakes and why you chose to come here? I decided to come here to operate Great Lakes with the highest of integrity, ethics, professionalism and personalization that our customers have come to expect and deserve so that I may provide for my family at home as well as my employees. All while receiving the reward of knowing we are providing the best service in Michiana.

Personal History: I resided in Michigan for 6 years and have been in Indiana for over 25. I attended LaVille Jr Sr High School where I participated in pole vaulting. I then married my high school sweetheart Andrea at First Church of Christ in Niles, MI. We took a Royal Caribbean Cruise for our honeymoon. We have been married for over 14 years and have 4 children, Isaiah, Noah, Josiah and Jeremiah. I feel that family owned and operated businesses are easier to deal with and seem to be more caring and knowledgeable about the business. I like the fact that locally owned businesses are more involved with the community and are down to earth and can make a quicker decision without the bureaucracy. I have also been elected by my peers to be the Chairman of the Wise Guys Mix Group through ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) April 2009 through April 2011.

Favorite Product: Product I like will be Honeywell wireless zoning. I can program different rooms to run different temperatures at different times. I don\'t bother conditioning my kids\' room when they are off at school. I also use it for

Hobbies: The children enjoy going to church, being outdoors and playing with mom and dad. The family enjoys going to church and having campfires. I enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, yard work and wood work. Andrea enjoys scrap booking and being outdoors. Our family attends North Liberty Church of Christ every Sunday and Wednesday fall through spring.  I lead a prayer group every Tuesday before work and lead a small group every Thursday night and email weekly devotionals (anyone wanting them can send us an email to subscribe for free).
